Handing a book that you have spent months or even years over to someone that you barely know can be a daunting prospect. While editing, I always have in mind how hard the author has worked on their book and how I want to make it the very best that I can for them.

Initially I offer a free 1,000 word copyedit or 1,500 word proofread. If you are happy with my work, we can then arrange a chat or, if you prefer, communicate via email, so that I can work out what level of editing your manuscript needs and whether we are a good fit for each other.
